Pea Ricotta Spread

- Put the ricotta, 1 cup of peas, the shallot, salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of olive in the blender and mix.
- Spread the ricotta on toast or crackers and garnish with the remaining peas, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Et voila! Bon Appetit!
