Ingredients

  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages peach flavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed fresh Georgia peaches
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Soften plain gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
  2. Dissolve both plain and peach flavored gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water.
  3. Add orange juice, grated lemon rind, and lemon juice.
  4. Stir in mashed peaches and sweeten to taste with sugar.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 6-cup ring mold.
  6. Chill until set.
  7. Serve with Cream Cheese Dressing.
