Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach gelatin
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 4 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Heat crushed pineapple and dry peach gelatin to dissolve; let cool.
  2. Fold in whipped topping and buttermilk.
  3. Pour into an 8-inch square dish to congeal.
  4. Cut into squares.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaf topped with mayonnaise.
