Peach Julep

Instructions
- If using canned peaches, drain and puree them in saucepan. If fresh peaches, peel, puree and add sugar to them in saucepan. Add 3 mint sprigs and stir until mint is thoroughly bruised. Cool.
- Remove mint and add the juices and grated bits of rind; chill.
- Just before serving, add ginger ale and garnish with remaining mint sprigs.
