Peach-Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Peach, Diced
  • 1 whole Mango, Peeled And Diced
  • 1 whole Tomato, Diced (medium-sized)
  • 1/4 cups White Onion, Diced
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes; the longer the better.
  3. Serve with chips, veggies or grilled chicken or fish.
  4. Adding freshly chopped jalapeno pepper would be a wonderful addition!
