Instructions
- Gently saute ham in butter.
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, jelly, lemon juice and lemon peel.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Peel, half and pit peaches and place cut side down in sauce.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Turn and cook 5 more minutes.
- To serve, place ham on platter and garnish with peaches and sauce.
