Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen peach slices
  • 2 cups dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) frozen red fruit punch concentrate
  • 2 quarts ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Thaw one package of frozen peach slices.
  2. Mix the thawed peaches, white wine (if using), chilled lemon juice, and thawed fruit punch concentrate in a large bowl or punch container.
  3. Pour the mixture over the remaining frozen peaches in a chilled punch bowl.
  4. Just before serving, stir in chilled ginger ale.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs before serving.
  6. Optionally, add another package of frozen peaches to keep the punch cold.
