Peanut Brittle(Easy)

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 ?? light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. peanuts

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, water, syrup and margarine in electric frypan at 375°.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until syrup turns golden brown.
  3. Stir in peanuts that have been warmed in oven.
  4. Continue stirring until golden brown.
  5. Add soda; stir vigorously.
  6. Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
  7. Cool and cut to size.
