Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package (3 oz.) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • 2-1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk the milk and vanilla pudding mix together.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter chips until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and shortening.
  7. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled pie as a topping.
  9. Spread the whipped topping over the chocolate layer before serving.
