Peanut Clusters are delightful treats combining creamy butterscotch and semi-sweet chocolate chips with crunchy salted Spanish peanuts. Perfect for satisfying sweet and salty cravings, they are easy to make and ideal for parties, gifts, or a simple homemade snack that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. package butterscotch flavored chips
  • 12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups salted Spanish peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
  2. In the top of a double boiler, over hot water, melt the butterscotch flavored chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. Stir in the salted Spanish peanuts until well coated.
  4. Drop the mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until the clusters are set.
