Peanut Clusters(Makes 4 Dozen)
Peanut Clusters are delightful treats combining creamy butterscotch and semi-sweet chocolate chips with crunchy salted Spanish peanuts. Perfect for satisfying sweet and salty cravings, they are easy to make and ideal for parties, gifts, or a simple homemade snack that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. package butterscotch flavored chips ⓘ
- 12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups salted Spanish peanuts
Instructions
- Line cookie sheets with waxed paper.
- In the top of a double boiler, over hot water, melt the butterscotch flavored chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
- Stir in the salted Spanish peanuts until well coated.
- Drop the mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Chill in the refrigerator until the clusters are set.
