Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) package lemon jello
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple
  • 1 medium apple, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water.
  2. Stir in the mandarin oranges with syrup, pineapple with syrup, diced apple, sliced banana, and chopped nuts.
  3. Pour the mixture into 5 individual 1-cup molds or an 8 x 10-inch mold.
  4. Chill until the jello is firm.
