Ingredients

  • 12 oz. butterscotch morsels
  • 12 oz. salted Spanish peanuts
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Instructions

  1. Melt the butterscotch morsels and semi-sweet chocolate morsels together in a double boiler or microwave, following manufacturer's directions.
  2. Once melted and smooth, pour in the salted Spanish peanuts and stir until all peanuts are coated.
  3. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper.
  4. Allow to cool and harden before serving.
