Peanutbutter Cake

Ingredients

  • Peanut Butter Cake
  • 1/2 C peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 C Cooking Oil
  • Put above in a pot and bring to a boil - set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl put: 1/2 C milk---2 eggs---1 tsp. vanilla---2 Cups Sugar & Mix lightly.
  • Measure 2 C All Purpose flour & 1 tsp. Soda in a small bowl.
  • Alternate the peanut butter mixture with the flour mixture. Mix well.

Instructions

  1. Peanut Butter Icing
  2. 1 stick butter
  3. 1/2 C Peanut Butter
  4. 1/3 C Milk
  5. Put in a pot, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. Vanilla and 1 lb. Box Conf. Sugar.
  6. Mix until smooth (I use a hand mixer). Spread on warm cake while icing is still warm too.
  7. (You can bake this in a 9 X 13 pan but you have to let it bake about 10 minutes longer.
