Pear And Raspberry Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 pears, sliced (about 4 cups)
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup finely crushed vanilla wafer cookie (about 25)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Heat oven 350* In large bowl toss pears, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch,cinnamon and vanilla. In 8 or 9 inches square baking dish spread fruit mixture.
  2. In medium bowl mix remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fruits.
  3. Bake 45-50 minutes or until pears are tender. Cool 13 minutes.
  4. Serve with ice cream and garnish withextra raspberries.
