Pear Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 c. pear halves, drained
  • 2 well beaten egg yolks
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Use a 9-inch pan.
  2. Slice pears into crust.
  3. Combine yolks
  4. and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
  5. Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.
  6. Combine dry ingredients; add to sour cream mixture.
  7. Mix well; pour over pears.
  8. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
