Instructions
- Use a 9-inch pan.
- Slice pears into crust.
- Combine yolks
- and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
- Blend in sour cream and lemon juice.
- Combine dry ingredients; add to sour cream mixture.
- Mix well; pour over pears.
- Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
