Pear & Rose Pudding

Instructions
- Peel, core and puree the pears in a food processor
- Blend in the Yogurt, Egg Whites, Sugar, Cornstarch and Cardamom
- Transfer the mixture to a non-stick pan and simmer for 20-25 or until it thickens.
- Add the Rose Water after the contents have simmered for a while
- Pour into individual serving bowls/stem glasses, allow it to cool and refrigerate for about one and a half hours
- Garnish with Almonds & Rose Petals and serve chilled
