Ingredients

  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 lb. Kraft caramels

Instructions

  1. Combine marshmallow cream, vanilla, almond extract, and knead in confectioners sugar until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch diameter, 5-inch long rolls.
  3. Wrap each roll in waxed paper and freeze until firm.
  4. Melt the Kraft caramels over boiling water.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the melted caramel.
  6. Remove the caramel from heat.
  7. Dip the frozen rolls into the melted caramel until coated.
  8. Roll the caramel-coated rolls in coarsely chopped nuts and press the nuts in firmly.
