Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces
  • 8 oz dark almond bark
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Spread pecan pieces on a large glass pizza plate or pie plate.
  2. Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring at 2‑minute intervals, until lightly toasted.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Place almond bark in a 2‑quart microwave‑safe bowl.
  5. Microwave at Medium (50% power) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until melted.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Cool for 2 minutes.
  8. Stir in flaked coconut and toasted pecans.
  9. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  10. Let cool completely.
