Pecan Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 4 oz. chocolate chips (1/2 c.)
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Melt together oleo, chocolate chips and pecans.
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine both mixtures, mixing well.
  4. Fill cupcake paper cups 2/3 full.
  5. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Needs no frosting.
