Instructions
- Fold together sugar, pecans, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Fold in egg whites.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake in slow oven (325°) approximately 10 minutes.
- Yield:
- 6 dozen cookies.
