Pecan Drop(Cookie)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. light brown sugar
  • 3/4 lb. pecans, finely chopped
  • 3 egg whites beaten stiff and dry
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Fold together sugar, pecans, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Fold in egg whites.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake in slow oven (325°) approximately 10 minutes.
