Pepper Roast
A flavorful boneless rump roast seasoned with garlic and lemon pepper, slow-cooked to tender perfection, ideal for hearty family dinners or special gatherings.

Instructions
- Remove all fat from the roast.
- Make slits in the roast and insert slivered garlic into them.
- Wet the roast under faucet.
- Rub lemon pepper all over the roast and pat it in.
- Add more lemon pepper and pat it on for good measure.
- Marinate the roast for several hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Place the roast in the oven, uncovered, and cook for 1 hour.
- Turn the oven to its lowest setting and cook for an additional 3 hours.
- Refrigerate the roast until thoroughly cold.
- Slice and serve.
