- Pierce meat with fork and put about 2 teaspoons unseasoned meat tenderizer on it.
- Let stand about 2 hours.
- Mix remaining ingredients and marinate meat at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
- Turn meat occasionally.
- Pound 2 tablespoons cracked pepper into meat before grilling.
