Instructions
- Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
- Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves.
- Steep the tea leaves for 15 minutes with the lid on.
- Strain the tea over the sugar.
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Boil 1 quart of water.
- Steep the same tea leaves for another 15 minutes.
- Mix the second steeped tea with the sugar solution.
- Dilute 1 quart of the concentrate with 3 to 4 quarts of water before serving.
