Ingredients

  • 12 green peppers
  • 12 red peppers
  • 12 onions
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Chop peppers and onions.
  2. Cover with boiling water.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add vinegar, sugar, and salt; boil mixture for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour into clean hot jars and seal immediately.
