Perfect Pretzels

Instructions
- Cut and shape dough into 12 (16-inch) pieces.
- Twist pieces into pretzel shape.
- Bring water and baking soda to a rapid boil. One at a time, place pretzels into boiling water.
- Boil 1 minute. Remove and drain.
- Place on well-greased baking sheet.
- Brush with egg.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
