Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, with no salt added
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 4 -6 jalapeno peppers, seeds and veins removed, diced fine
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green peppers
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Season to taste.
