Ingredients

  • 4 ocean perch fillets
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 tsp margarine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Put perch fillets in a baking dish.
  2. Add water, then lemon juice over the fillets.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon and herb seasoning with Old Bay seasoning; sprinkle over the fish fillets.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of margarine on each fillet; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake, covered, at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until flaky.
