Ingredients

  • scallops or 2 lb. shrimp
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • paprika
  • salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Crush the garlic and combine it with softened butter.
  2. Heat the butter until it melts.
  3. Add paprika and minced parsley to the butter mixture.
  4. Add scallops or shrimp to the butter mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Arrange the coated scallops or shrimp in a baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the seafood.
  8. Pour the remaining butter over the top.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
