Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 qt. cranberry juice
  • 5 qt. pineapple juice
  • 4 c. water
  • 2 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. whole cloves
  • 4 Tbsp. whole allspice
  • 24 (2-inch) sticks whole cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pour cranberry juice, pineapple juice, water, and brown sugar into a 50-cup percolator; stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Place filter paper in percolator basket; add cloves, allspice, and cinnamon sticks.
  3. Percolate as for coffee.
