Ingredients

  • 3 oz. orange jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. persimmon pulp

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange jello in hot water.
  2. Add orange juice and lemon juice, then chill until syrupy.
  3. Stir in the persimmon pulp and chill until firm.
  4. Serve on a slice of pineapple.
