Ingredients

  • 4 slices crusty bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pesto sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into bite size chunks and tip into an oven proof pan.
  2. Mix the oil and pesto and toss with bread until coated.
  3. Bake at 190C for 10 minutes.
