Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 cups shredded coconut, chopped dried apricots, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture for several hours.
  3. Form the chilled mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the remaining shredded coconut for coating.
  5. Store in a cool place or in the fridge.
