Instructions
- Grind tomatoes, pepper and onion.
- Set over colander and drain.
- Discard liquid.
- Put mixture in pot.
- Add 2 quarts vinegar.
- Boil uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Stir.
- Drain in colander and discard liquid.
- Put mixture in pot again.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 3 minutes.
- Seal and process in pint jars 10 minutes.
- Makes 12 pints.
