Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. finely shredded cabbage (such as Angel Hair Slaw)
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced dill pickle chips, plus 3 Tbsp. pickle juice, divided
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, pickle juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar in a medium bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise mixture, chives, and dill to cabbage mixture; toss to coat well. Serve immediately.
