Ingredients

  • 1 qt. vinegar (high level white)
  • 3 qt. water
  • 1 c. canning salt
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, water, and salt and boil for 3 or 4 minutes.
  2. Put pepper in clean jars with 1 clove garlic and 1 hot pepper, if you like it hot.
  3. Pour hot mixture over the peppers and seal the jars.
  4. Turn jars upside-down to ensure a good seal.
