Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can red beets
  • 18 oz. box dried, pitted prunes
  • 4 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Drain and chop the red beets into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped beets and dried prunes.
  3. Stir in the prepared horseradish, sugar, and white vinegar until well blended.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
