Pickled Beets - Eggs
Ingredients
Instructions
- Put beets and juice in a pan.
- Add vinegar, sugar, salt and cloves.
- Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Cool.
- Cook and shell eggs. Put in jar or bowl; pour beets over eggs.
- Add water to bring juice over eggs.
- Marinate 2 to 3 days, stirring several times.
