Ingredients

  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. beet broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook beets for about 30 minutes and peel.
  2. Mix vinegar, beet broth, salt, and sugar in a large pot.
  3. Add peeled beets to the mixture and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Can and store the pickled beets.
