Ingredients

  • 1/2 bushel peaches
  • 5 lb. sugar
  • 5 sticks cloves

Instructions

  1. Peel peaches and place in large container.
  2. Let stand 12 hours.
  3. Pour juice into a container and let come to slow boil. Place peaches in juice and cook until tender.
  4. Place in hot, sterilized jars and seal.
