Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes (very ripe), chopped
  • 2 cans diced green chiles
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and chill before serving.
  2. Serve with Tostitos chips for best flavor.
  3. Optionally, add jalapeños and black olives for extra flavor.
