Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freshly diced organic pineapple
  • 1 freshly chopped organic cilantro
  • 1/4 diced organic red onion
  • dash kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Cut a half inch slice of pineapple and cut off the skin.
  2. Dice.
  3. Put in a glass container.
  4. Now chop your fresh cilantro and dice your red onion and mix it in with the pineapple.
  5. Add the salt and mix again.
  6. You're done.
  7. Vamonos!
  8. NOTE: If you want a spicier version add a diced serrano pepper (seeds in our out..up to you) or a dash of cayenne pepper.
