Instructions
- Cut a half inch slice of pineapple and cut off the skin.
- Dice.
- Put in a glass container.
- Now chop your fresh cilantro and dice your red onion and mix it in with the pineapple.
- Add the salt and mix again.
- You're done.
- Vamonos!
- NOTE: If you want a spicier version add a diced serrano pepper (seeds in our out..up to you) or a dash of cayenne pepper.
