Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla, almond or lemon extract

Instructions

  1. With a mixer, beat butter; beat in powdered sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs and flour.
  3. Add flavoring and beat 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in a greased, floured Bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 345° for 1 hour.
  6. Glaze if desired.
