Ingredients

  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded low-fat process American cheese
  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 (4 oz.) jars diced pimiento, drained

Instructions

  3. Cover and pulse several times until coarsely blended.
