A sweet, gooey cake made from biscuits, sugar, cinnamon, and pecans, drizzled with syrup, perfect for sharing at family gatherings or casual dessert occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3 large cans biscuits
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo (butter or margarine)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, chopped pecans, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Melt oleo (butter).
  3. Cut biscuits into fourths and dip into melted oleo, then into the sugar mixture.
  4. Press biscuit pieces into a Bundt pan.
  5. Drizzle syrup over the pressed biscuit pieces.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  7. Remove cake from pan while warm and serve by pinching pieces rather than slicing.
