Cold Marinated Broccoli

A vibrant, tangy cold marinated broccoli dish with dill and garlic, perfect for summer gatherings or as a refreshing side for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 to 4 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut bite size
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 scant tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well and pour over the broccoli.
  2. Allow to marinate at least 4 hours, stirring or mixing occasionally.
  3. For even better flavor, marinate longer.
  4. You can substitute cauliflower for part or all of the broccoli in this recipe.
