Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and powdered sugar together.
  2. Add vanilla, flour, salt, and chopped nuts; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
  4. Form the chilled dough into small balls.
  5. Place the balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400°F until light brown, approximately 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cool for 2 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar while hot.
  8. Once cooled, roll again in powdered sugar.
