Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker crusts
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker crusts according to your favorite recipe.
  2. Pat the crust mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Bake the crusts for 8 minutes at 350°F and let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice, and Cool Whip until well mixed.
  5. Fold in the well-drained crushed pineapple and chopped maraschino cherries.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooled crusts.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
