Pineapple Cheddar Crunch

Ingredients

  • 2 cans pineapple, tidbits or crushed or one each
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 sleeve Ritz or Townhouse crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple and pour in bottom of 13 x 9 casserole dish. Stir together sugar, flour, and cheese.
  2. Sprinkle over pineapple. Mix crackers and margarine and pour over cheese.
  3. Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.
