Pineapple Cheesecake(Dietetic)

Instructions
- Place drained pineapple in blender with half of its juice. Add gelatin and hot water; blend 2 minutes.
- Add dry milk and remainder of juice, sweetener, flavorings and lemon juice.
- Blend for 3 minutes.
- Pour into a 10-inch pan, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and allow to set for 1 hour.
- Yield: 8 servings.
