Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 1 cup hot pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Dream Whip or 1 large container Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon jello and 1 cup hot pineapple juice, then chill until syrupy.
  2. Add the chopped celery, chopped nuts, mayonnaise, and Dream Whip or Cool Whip to the jello mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Pyrex dish and let set until firm.
  4. Cut into squares and serve.
